Job Type: Full Time Onsite Monday-Friday

Job Description: BRAVO is looking to hire a MWBE Technical Support analyst who will help administer ongoing Mentoring Programs. The scope of this work would include:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and running classes for Mentor Contractors, often using outside subject matter experts. Class and Workshop topics would include Project Management, Safety, Organizational Development, Technology Trends and Union/Labor issues.
  • Conducting Assessments of Mentor Contractors to understand their current business condition, strengths and weaknesses, and then developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Working with the Mentor Contractors to create Business Plans that will formalize goal-setting and provide a framework for ongoing continuous improvement for the firms.
  • Handling project administration tasks for the Mentor Programs such as schedule coordination,  budget adherence and client management and communication.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience, with some background in the Construction industry.
  • Both analytical and interpersonal skills are essential for successful performance.
  • Candidate should be motivated by the opportunity to assist small Minority and Women owned contractors grow their businesses and contribute to the vitality and diversity of New York City’s construction industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required in architecture, engineering, construction management, education or business

Salary: $65,000-$75,000
