Job Title: Electrical Estimator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Advise and assist in recognizing risk on project bids. Review final pricing methodology.
- Able to read blueprints and provide accurate estimates for the electrical work.
- Compile and record actual costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors.
- Review electrical estimates provided by sub-contractors for accuracy .
- The candidate must understand the local construction market, labor productivity, and have the ability to research unit pricing by reaching out to multiple vendors.
- Track market prices for electrical construction cost, equipment, material, and labor.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Five (5) experience in the estimating of electrical work, including new, rehabilitation and additional projects; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
Education: Associate degree in engineering/architectural and/or construction related field from an accredited college or university.
Salary: $95,000-$106,000
